If it's Admin vs Prophet, then this must have been the Admin trying to turn support away from the prophet. But we still don't really know anything about the prophet, so we have no way of knowing what's their doing and what's honest malfunctions in the nanobots that are keeping us alive in an irradiated wasteland.
